JIN CHEN MART – High-Impact Vinyl Sticker (Street Post Format) By Alinani Katende – Also Known As Metro Wise King

This project focused on designing a vertical vinyl sticker specifically intended for high-visibility placement on a street post. The primary design requirement was to create a bold, legible, and multilingual advertisement for Jin Chen Mart that maximizes immediate impact for roadside traffic.

The final artwork was prepared in Adobe Photoshop with careful attention to layering and dimensional effects, ready for printing onto durable outdoor vinyl.

Key Challenge: Achieving maximum brand visibility and legibility in a busy, vertical environment.

Design Features & Strategic Intent:

Multilingual Focus: The design was executed in two versions (English and Chinese), ensuring the brand is accessible and welcoming to both local and international customer bases.
Dimensional Typography: The use of 3D rendered text with light blue/cyan shadowing adds significant depth, making the brand name jump off the dark blue background, dramatically enhancing visibility from a distance.
Strong Color Palette: A powerful combination of deep navy blue and bright white/light-blue text ensures high contrast and a professional, modern look. The subtle background wave pattern adds texture without distracting from the primary message.
Iconography: The circular logo at the top with sweeping white bands suggests global trade and movement, aligning well with a "Mart" or trade center concept.
Vertical Optimization: The bold, stacked layout (JIN CHEN MART) fills the vertical space effectively, creating a commanding presence perfect for street pole advertising.

Conclusion:

This vinyl sticker project is a great example of creating powerful, functional signage designed specifically for high-frequency, short-exposure viewing environments. It successfully leverages bold typography and contrast to ensure the Jin Chen Mart brand is instantly recognizable and memorable.
